– Experiencing a sudden escalation in eating disorder symptoms or risk of relapse.
– Going through temporary life pressures or changes that are compromising your stability.
– Recently discharged from a residential placement or inpatient hospital stay.
– Stepping down from a day service or similarly intensive service.
– At risk of admission to more intensive services or placements.
– Wanting to strengthen your relationship with food whilst developing an identity beyond your eating disorder.
– Experiencing traumatic stress symptoms following residential or inpatient care.
– Requiring a period of enhanced assessment or support for your eating disorder that community services are unable to provide.
– At risk of deterioration whilst on a waiting list for other NHS or private services.
– Managing your eating disorder well but struggling with poor body image.

Whether you are seeking help for yourself, a loved one, or a client, our pathway provides safe, tailored support that is grounded in clinical expertise and genuine care.
We provide specialist multidisciplinary treatment for individuals aged 16+, who are experiencing a temporary need in elevated care for difficulties associated with anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, OSFED, orthorexia, or body dysmorphia. We can additionally provide support for those experiencing post-traumatic stress related to eating disorder treatment.
We use proven psychological approaches trailored to eating disorders, including cognitive-behavioural and third wave models, and trauma-informed interventions. We are neurodivergent-friendly and adapt our approach based on your personalised care plan.

Your care includes:
– A detailed assessment report and care plan.
– 1 hour weekly psychological therapy + a 30-minute booster call.
– 1 hour weekly dietetic session + a 30-minute booster call.
– A detailed outcome report, including a comprehensive summary of your progress, personalised recommendations, and a relapse prevention plan.
– A dedicated multidisciplinary team working together.
– Psychiatrist review and/or medication oversight if required (additional cost).
– Naso-gastric (NG) top-up feeding if required (additional cost).
– Accessible online sessions from anywhere in the UK.
– Tailored and collaborative care, working towards your personal goals for stabilisation and recovery.
