Information Required
You don’t need to have all information available to submit a referral form, however this can help ensure a smooth and efficient process. We will then contact you to arrange a free 20-30 minute consultation call, to clarify your needs and answer any questions.
Contact details
We will need to speak directly with the individual seeking support to ensure that they/you are consenting and able to engage with the programme.
Current difficulties & level of risk
A brief description of why you are seeking enhanced eating disorder support and what you hope to get out of it can help us decide whether we are the right place for you. If we feel that your level of need or risk requires more appropriate care then we will discuss this with you.
Relevant diagnoses (if known)
We pride ourselves on holistic, specialist care, which includes consideration of any physical, mental, or developmental factors that may require adaptation.
Current supports & services involved
This helps us understand how to compliment – rather than replace – your existing support, and ensure we can help to keep you safe should your needs change.
Recent treatment history
The more context we have, the better we can design helpful continuity of care.
Funding source
Whether self-funded or insured, we are transparent about costs and will discuss fees clearly and with your consent before your pathway begins or adjusts.
Anyone can make a referral.
You do not need to be a professional.
We accept referrals from:
- Individuals if you are seeking support for yourself.
- Parents, carers, or family members.
- Mental health professionals.
- GPs and medical professionals.
- Hospitals and community services.
- Case managers and insurers.
- Schools, colleges, and universities.

We currently accept privately funded clients only.
- Self-funded individuals or families.
- Clients funded through private healthcare insurance.
If funding approval is required from your insurer, we recommend contacting them as soon as possible to confirm eligibility and coverage. We are happy to provide information if needed.
Please note that we are not an emergency service. We take risk management very seriously and will always prioritise safety when assessing referrals. If you are worried about immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else, please go to your nearest A&E department, or contact emergency services on 999, NHS 111, or your local crisis team.
