Anyone can make a referral.

You do not need to be a professional.

We accept referrals from:

  • Individuals if you are seeking support for yourself.
  • Parents, carers, or family members.
  • Mental health professionals.
  • GPs and medical professionals.
  • Hospitals and community services.
  • Case managers and insurers.
  • Schools, colleges, and universities.

We currently accept privately funded clients only.

  • Self-funded individuals or families.
  • Clients funded through private healthcare insurance.

If funding approval is required from your insurer, we recommend contacting them as soon as possible to confirm eligibility and coverage. We are happy to provide information if needed.

Please note that we are not an emergency service. We take risk management very seriously and will always prioritise safety when assessing referrals. If you are worried about immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else, please go to your nearest A&E department, or contact emergency services on 999, NHS 111, or your local crisis team.
